Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5+ years related experience as a machining center programmer or operator.
• Minimum 5 years CNC Programmer experience in heavy equipment manufacturing.
• Experience with steel and reading blueprints/BOMs.
• Mazatrol programming desirable.
• Overhead and Jib crane experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs for machining centers using MasterCAM and optimize tool paths.
• Prepare work instructions and setup recommendations for operators.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Manufacturing to ensure safe, efficient processes.
• Manage CNC program files and ensure alignment with engineering drawings.
• Write/CNC programs and method sheets prior to machining operations.
• Support shop floor with tuning programs and operator guidance.
