Job summary

Ascentec Engineering Pvt Ltd is seeking a Dev NPI Prototype CNC Machinist III/IV responsible for CNC setup, machining, and programming of prototype parts. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience, strong multi-axis machining capability, and knowledge of MasterCAM and SolidWorks.

This position is onsite in Tualatin, Oregon, with a compensation range of $40 to $45 per hour, including benefits like medical coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of precision CNC machining experience, including multi-axis work.
• Skilled in machining aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and plastics.
• 2 or more years of recent MasterCAM programming experience.
• 2 or more years of recent SolidWorks experience navigating through drawings and 3D models.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate vertical, horizontal, and multi-axis CNC machines.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.
• Communicate capacity constraints and project status.
• Create limited CAM toolpaths using MasterCAM.
