You’ll set up and operate Fanuc CNC machines, prove-outs, and refine parameters; analyze data to remove bottlenecks; develop runtime, setup, and tooling estimates for quoting.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years programming with Mastercam
• Multi-axis machining experience in aerospace/defense environments
• Clear communication, teamwork, and a safety‑first mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving
• Strong G-code/M-code proficiency

Responsibilities

• Program multi-axis CNC equipment using Mastercam for high‑precision components.
• Architect efficient processes that improve productivity, repeatability, and quality.
• Set up and operate Fanuc‑based CNC machines; execute prove-outs and refine parameters.
• Troubleshoot cross-functionally to resolve manufacturing challenges quickly.
• Analyze production metrics to surface opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop accurate runtime, setup, and tooling estimates to support quoting.
• Train and mentor machinists and operators, emphasizing safety and best practices.
