• Shall have specialized experience, knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of a training scheduler.
• Knowledge of Navy Seabee structure and construction vocations.
• Clear, concise communication with all training environment levels.
• Ability to operate office systems to prepare reports and curriculum drafts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to course-related inquiries and coordinate scheduling.
• Maintain and align scheduling tools and course files with directives.
• Draft and submit class schedules for on-site and off-site training.
• Manage class quotas and enrollments using eNTRS and related systems.
• Coordinate with CSFE, NETC, NCTC Gulfport and tenants on training calendars.
