Job summary

Nisga'a MOSTT, LLC in Gulfport, MS, seeks a Construction Project Planning and Scheduling and Construction Project Execution Instructor to support the Naval Construction Training Center. The instructor will guide planning, estimating, scheduling, and reporting on Navy construction projects as designated by the command.

This role requires 5+ years of construction inspector experience, strong communication and mentoring skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple agencies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with project management software, such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, scheduling methodologies, and resource management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, estimate, schedule, and report on construction projects at naval bases and off-base sites.
• Lead project package development and day-to-day NCF construction activities as crew leader.
• Oversee multiple projects with resource leveling, reporting, and interagency interfaces.
• Instruct in concrete and masonry construction principles and techniques (site layout, reinforcement, finishing).
• Provide in-depth instruction in Rough Carpentry framing and interior/exterior finishes, including roofing applications.
