Job summary

GYMGUYZ NW Washington seeks an experienced fitness professional for a player-coach role. Train clients while mentoring trainers, building partnerships, and driving territory growth. Lead initiatives, generate new business, and help scale the assigned territory.

You will balance hands-on coaching with leadership, sales, and community outreach to expand B2B collaborations and client base. Flexibility in schedule is offered as part of a progressive compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in personal training, strength and conditioning, or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, mentoring, or staff development experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to prospect, network, follow up, and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and consultations.
• Deliver private, semi-private, group, and B2B training.
• Develop individualized fitness programs.
• Support client retention, renewals, referrals, and satisfaction.
• Mentor trainers in programming, assessments, communication, and service delivery.
• Help maintain consistent service and safety standards.
• Generate B2C and B2B opportunities through prospecting and outreach.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline and guide opportunities to close.
