Job summary

GYMGUYZ Eastside & South King County is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of mobile trainers, delivering exceptional results for clients in homes, offices, and community spaces. You will design sessions, assess progress, and drive growth with leadership.

Occasional travel and a strong focus on client outcomes are expected. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in training and leadership, CPT and CPR/AED certification, and excellent communication and motivational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification required.
• Strong communication, motivation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent GYMGUYZ's DRIVE values in every interaction.
