GYMGUYZ Eastside & South King County is hiring a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of mobile personal trainers. You will deliver high-quality sessions at clients’ homes, offices and community spaces, and shape how training is delivered without limits.

The role emphasizes leadership, motivation, and measurable client results, with pathways for growth, ongoing professional development, and a flexible schedule that supports advancement.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, NBFE or equivalent) and CPR/AED certified.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values in every interaction.
