GYMGUYZ Eastside & South King County is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of mobile trainers who bring fitness directly to clients’ homes, offices, and community spaces. The role combines coaching excellence with leadership, client results, and growth opportunities.

You will guide senior trainers, drive performance, and shape local fitness programs while thriving in a flexible schedule that supports both training and mentorship responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent GYMGUYZ's DRIVE values in every interaction.
