Job summary

GYMGUYZ Seattle is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of mobile trainers, delivering fitness sessions at clients’ homes, offices, and community spaces.

The role requires leadership experience, CPT certification, CPR/AED, and a passion for motivating clients and growing the team. You’ll use the GYMGUYZ App to manage assessments, sessions, and progress, while driving sales and local outreach.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED.
• Proven leadership and coaching experience.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the app.
• Design and lead individual and small-group sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement.
