NAMIC, a division of Medline, located in Glens Falls, NY, is recruiting a Tool & Die Maker to troubleshoot mold issues, perform preventive maintenance, and drive continuous improvement in injections molds. The role requires high accuracy, strong organization, and the ability to work independently and with others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Baseline skills in precision machining and shop communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent team interactions.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair tooling for production, understanding tool/die basics and rework techniques.
• Set up and operate machine tools (lathes, milling machines, grinders) to fabricate parts per specs.
• Study blueprints and specifications to determine materials and machines required.
• Adhere to production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Report root causes of breakdowns and equipment faults to management.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and regulations.
• Clean Injection Molding tools with meticulous attention to detail.
