Job summary

North American Lighting, Inc. is seeking a Tool & Die - B to join our team. The role involves constructing and repairing machine shop tools, gages, fixtures, jigs, and injection molds for plant use.

You will perform a variety of mold and tool tasks, including lathe work, milling, surface grinding, welding, drilling, and tapping. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 2–4 years experience in a tool room environment, with experience maintaining injection molds.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–4 years in a tool room.
• Experience maintaining injection molds (polishing, bench/hand work, welding, surface grinding) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of tasks on molds, tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures, including lathe work, tool sharpening, mill work, surface grinding, welding, drilling, tapping/threading.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
