• Lead a team of Tool & Die Makers with guidance and support.
• Maintain and repair tooling for production, with expert know‑how.
• Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, and grinders to machine parts.
• Study blueprints and specs to determine materials and machines.
• Report breakdowns and suggest continuous improvement actions.
