You will fabricate, maintain, and repair tooling, read technical drawings, operate CNC and manual mills, lathes, grinders, and EDM equipment, and collaborate with engineering to improve mold designs. This role offers a hands-on, safety-conscious work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tool and die making, with emphasis on injection molding.
• Skilled in using hand-fitting techniques to ensure components’ proper assembly and function.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring instruments.
• Experience with injection mold designs and mold construction.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and maintain injection molds used in plastic part production.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and engineering specifications to fabricate precision tooling.
• Operate manual and CNC equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, and EDM machines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve mold designs and manufacturability.
• Perform changeovers, preventative maintenance, and diagnostics on existing injection molds.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety protocols.
