Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a Master Technician to act as a technical product expert, supporting dealers, customers, and internal teams throughout the product lifecycle. You will drive customer success by resolving service concerns for outdoor power products with urgency and providing clear technical guidance to ensure a positive ownership experience.

Although it’s technical support, this role is not IT-related. It centers on service for AriensCo outdoor power products, dealers, and customers, including

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years related experience in Outdoor Power Equipment or similar.
• Experience in customer service environment; telephone support preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data/documentation practices.
• Willing to obtain Ariens Academy certifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve in-depth technical issues via telephone, email, and other channels.
• Support electrical, engine, hydraulic, mechanical, and transaxle systems knowledge.
• Review warranty claims submitted by dealer network.
• Document interactions and issues using standard software.
• Provide subject matter expert support to customer service reps and staff.
• Lead special projects related to product service and development.
