Qualifications

• Associate degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years in Outdoor Power Equipment or related field.
• Experience in a customer service environment; telephone support desirable.
• Ability to document interactions using software such as Microsoft Office, Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve in-depth technical issues via telephone, email, and other channels.
• Review warranty claims and assist dealers with service questions.
• Provide expert technical guidance to dealers, customers, and internal teams.
• Lead projects related to product service and development as requested.
