Outdoor Equipment Co. is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of outdoor power equipment, including tractors, mowers, and snow plows.

You will follow procedures, complete repair orders, and participate in required trainings to stay technically proficient. The role emphasizes teamwork with Service Advisors, Parts, and Management, safety, and customer focus, with opportunities for career growth and access to high-quality tools.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Technician or small engine/mechanical technician.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Ability to work on a variety of equipment types and brands.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on tractors, mowers, and small engine equipment.
• Complete repairs, adjustments, and preventive maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Document all work on Repair Orders (ROs) accurately and on time.
• Communicate findings and delays clearly with Service Advisors.
• Attend required OEM, safety, and company trainings and apply learnings.
