Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for preschool children.
• Care for social, physical, and intellectual growth in the preschool classroom.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the child’s achievement and the center’s success.
