Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.

You’ll lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. Build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support your center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and follow licensing guidelines and company standards.
