Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire children and lead classroom teams in a caring preschool setting. You will create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers to foster growth and curiosity in young learners.

You will manage classroom routines, ensure curriculum implementation aligns with licensing guidelines, and build strong relationships with families to promote student success and center excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilités

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children; promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.
