Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote the growth—social, physical, and intellectual—of preschool children in your class.

Lead classroom management, implement curricula, and ensure licensing guidelines and company standards are followed. You will build strong relationships with families, supporting child achievement and center success, while enjoying a supportive, energetic work environment with opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; be the expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
