Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers in our preschool classrooms. You will oversee curriculum implementation, manage the classroom, and ensure adherence to licensing guidelines, while fostering a supportive, energetic learning environment.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll promote growth in children, maintain safety, and collaborate with families to support student outcomes and center success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
