Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers in a preschool classroom. You will lead activities and ensure a nurturing environment for children.

You will manage classroom routines, implement curriculum, and promote growth while building strong relationships with families. We welcome energetic, dependable individuals who meet state education requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care, promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and support center success.
