Job summary

You will support the Experience Manager and ASM through performance, guest service, and procedures, while staying informed on trends and maintaining safety, sanitation, and store standards.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for performing haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing services.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and clientele.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to store performance.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures and maintain cleanliness of salon and sales areas.
