Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services to create a complete look. The role emphasizes service quality, guest loyalty, and collaboration with the Experience Manager and ASM to drive performance and growth.

The Master Stylist will perform hair services, demonstrations, and contribute to in-store events, while staying informed on trends and maintaining strong guest relationships.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for hair services and make-up.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, styling, treatments, and extensions as applicable.
• Meet or exceed a weekly sales goal of $1,250 for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate products and participate in in-store events to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and maintain excellent guest service and attendance.
