Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Texas is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend services and products. You will deliver quality professional hair services with emphasis on the guest’s total look, while supporting the Experience Manager and ASM to drive service sales and productivity.

This role requires passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience in a salon setting preferred.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, coloring, styling and extensions.
• Ability to advise and sell pro hair care and makeup products.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, and treatments.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Demonstrate products and services to guests to drive sales and enhance guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
