Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, color, styling, and makeup.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including haircutting, coloring, styling, treatments, extensions, makeup and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions and guest experience initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance and professional appearance, following dress code.
