Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for average weekly hair services and support retail and service sales objectives.
• Demonstrate products and provide guest service experiences.
• Assist in executing in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives for an exceptional guest experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging products and services to better serve guests.
