Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and deliver quality professional services focused on the guest’s total look. You will support the Experience Manager and ASM through performance, people, and process priorities, with a passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to superior guest service.

You will develop guest relationships, upsell pro hair care and makeup products, participate in trainings, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for hair cutting, color, styling, and makeup.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality hair services and consultations to guests.
• Meet or exceed weekly service and retail sales goals.
• Support events, promotions and guest experience initiatives.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Build guest relationships and collaborate with skin therapists and retail team.
