Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services to deliver a total-look experience.

You will support the Experience Manager and ASM, drive service sales and productivity, and maintain store standards while staying up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge. A cosmetology license and customer-focused attitude are required.

Responsibilities

• The Master Stylist engages with guests, consults on hair care needs, and recommends products and services.
• Delivers quality professional services with emphasis on the guest’s total look.
• Supports the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager through focus on performance, people, and process.
• Follows safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures and state board guidelines.
• Builds guest relationships and contributes to returning guests and sales goals.
