Responsibilities

• Perform hair services such as design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, extensions, and makeup where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail/service sales.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety, sanitation, and state guidelines.
• Maintain regular attendance and professional guest service.
