Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. The Master Stylist delivers quality professional services with an emphasis on the guest’s total look and supports the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager.

This role requires a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge. A Cosmetology license and prior relevant experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with current salon techniques and equipment.
• Ability to communicate product knowledge and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, styling, and treatments.
• Meet or exceed sales and service goals through excellent guest service.

• Support in-store events, promotions, and guest experiences.
