Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage with guests, consult on their hair care needs, and recommend products and services. The Master Stylist delivers quality services with an emphasis on the guest’s total look, supporting the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager to drive performance, guest service, and compliant operations.

This position requires a cosmetology license and prior relevant experience, along with a passion for beauty trends and exceptional guest care.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, treatments and makeup where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and service productivity goals.
• Build guest relationships and provide total-store guest experience.
