Modigent in Houston is hiring for Sheet Metal Installer levels I–IV to fabricate, install, and service sheet metal ductwork for commercial projects, progressing from entry to master level. You will work on diverse installations, collaborating with foremen and other trades to ensure code-compliant systems.

Qualifications

• Level I–IV progression with increasing independence and responsibility.
• Education: HS diploma or GED; trade credentials preferred.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights.
• OSHA safety compliance and PPE usage required at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic fabrication, layout, cutting, bending, and sealing under supervision.
• Independently fabricate, install, and repair sheet metal ductwork per blueprints.
• Lead advanced installations, startups, and balancing; mentor Level I–II.
• Coordinate with foremen and other trades; plan tasks for sections of projects.
