Job summary

Modigent is seeking a Sheet Metal Installer I–IV to fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal ductwork and HVAC components for commercial projects. You will progress from entry-level tasks to master-level responsibilities, working with foremen and trades to deliver code‑compliant systems nationwide.

You’ll engage in layout, startup, testing, and mentoring for Levels I–II, with increasing leadership at Levels III–IV, all within a safety‑first, training‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Entry-level to master-level responsibilities in sheet metal installation and dry-side HVAC systems.
• Proficiency with layouts, fabrication, installation, and balancing per standards (SMACNA).
• Commitment to safety, site discipline, and continuous learning through structured training.

Responsibilities

• Assist early-level tasks to learn sheet metal fabrication and installation.
• Lead sections of projects at higher levels, coordinating with foremen and trades.
• Perform startups, testing, balancing, and quality checks across job sites.
