Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Master Service Technician in the United States to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns to factory standards. The role involves performing advanced drivability, electrical, and warranty repairs while leading junior technicians and ensuring timely, high-quality service.

You will document all work to warranty requirements and maintain clear communication with service advisors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician.
• ASE certifications — we'll support you in earning more.
• Commitment to high-quality repairs.
• A team player with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns to Hyundai factory standards.
• Perform advanced drivability, electrical, and warranty repairs.
• Lead junior technicians when needed.
• Complete routine maintenance services and multi-point inspections.
• Document all work performed in compliance with factory and warranty requirements.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding diagnostics, timelines, and repair recommendations.
• Stay current with service technology, service bulletins, and required factory training.
