Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Service Technician, Class A at DCH Honda of Temecula. You will perform repairs per repair orders, diagnose causes, and road-test vehicles to ensure quality while following safety standards.

The role requires manufacturer training and at least 3 ASE certifications, with three years of automotive experience. Lithia offers ongoing training, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits within a growing dealership group.

Qualifications

• Passed manufacturer training and can perform repairs in the listed areas.
• At least 3 ASE certifications (Master Technician).
• Automotive technical knowledge with 3+ years of experience.
• Customer Pay Proficiency Level: Greater than 105% Repairs

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work per repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company procedures.
• Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanic tools.
