Job summary

Voltava is seeking a Master Scheduling Supervisor to lead the Master Production Schedule and collaborate with Production, Materials, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, and Customer Service teams. You will drive schedule accuracy, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Responsibilities include leading scheduling reviews, optimizing capacity plans, managing inventory strategies, and ensuring alignment with supplier readiness and customer delivery expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Five years of experience in production scheduling, supply chain planning, or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, capacity planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule to meet customer demand and improve efficiency.
• Supervise schedulers, planners, and service personnel to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Analyze demand and align schedules, inventories, and material requirements with customer expectations.
• Monitor delivery performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
• Support S&OP processes to align production, capacity, staffing, and supplier readiness.
