• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Team Members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
• Partner with Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to drive productivity, engagement, customer satisfaction, and CI initiatives.
• Oversee daily production activities, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
