Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated in Dallas is seeking a PMO Master Scheduler to develop and oversee comprehensive project schedules for the D&C PMO. The role integrates with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to align timelines, budgets, and quality across major construction programs.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in predictive scheduling, Earned Schedule, and large-scale project controls, with strong collaboration and risk-management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading schedules for large-scale construction projects.
• Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Knowledge of Earned Schedule and EVM concepts.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain owner-controlled integrated master schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project or equivalent.
• Create detailed WBS to guide scheduling and monitoring.
• Coordinate OFCI tracking with procurement for timely material delivery.
• Plan resources across labor, equipment, and materials.
• Forecast milestones and identify bottlenecks to avoid delays.
• Identify critical path activities and mitigation strategies.
• Link ES with baselines to improve schedule forecasts.
• Measure SPI and enable proactive risk management.
• Identify scheduling risks and develop contingency plans.
• Collaborate with PMs, vendors, and clients for alignment.
• Evaluate impact of changes and adjust plans accordingly.
• Contribute to scheduling best practices and governance.
• Maintain documentation for audits and reviews.
• Provide regular progress reports and dashboards.
• Support decision-making with verifiable data.
• Oversee Generative Scheduling tool rollout across projects.
