Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking a PMO Master Scheduler to lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive project schedules for the D&C PMO Major Construction Team in Dallas. The role ensures projects are planned, tracked, and executed to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards, collaborating with PMs, contractors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to manage complex project schedules.
• Proficient in predictive scheduling and Earned Schedule (ES).
• Experienced in large-scale construction programs and PMO environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain owner-controlled integrated master schedules with Primavera P6, OPC, or Microsoft Project.
• Create and refine detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for project controls.
• Integrate timelines with supply chain and procurement for material delivery.
• Coordinate resource planning across labor, equipment, and materials.
• Forecast milestones, identify bottlenecks, and propose delay-mitigation strategies.
• Identify critical paths and monitor activities to prevent delays.
• Link cost baselines to milestones to enhance ES-based forecasting.
• Measure Schedule Performance Index and inform risk management decisions.
• Identify scheduling risks and develop contingency plans with the team.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients for schedule alignment.
• Evaluate impacts of scope changes on schedules and adjust plans.
• Contribute to scheduling governance, templates, and best practices.
• Track progress and report via dashboards and Gantt charts.
• Provide reliable data for decision-making; oversee Generative Scheduling adoption across projects.
