Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Manager to lead production planning and scheduling across multiple Houston-area sites.

The role owns master scheduling, drives MRP alignment, and ensures material readiness to support on-time delivery. You will coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Project Management, Purchasing, Engineering and Configuration Control to standardize processes, improve system utilization, and drive proactive planning.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in production planning and/or scheduling in an engineer-to-order environment.
3-5+ years of leadership experience.
Strong MRP/ERP system experience as a key user.
Experience managing planning and scheduling in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of fabrication, warehouse operations, and material flow.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the planning and scheduling team across multiple sites.
Oversee staffing, performance management, training, and development.
Establish standardized processes across all sites to drive consistency and scalability.
Drive accountability for schedule adherence, MRP accuracy, and execution discipline.
Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across all sites, ensuring it is capacity-aligned and executable.
