Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Syspro experience highly preferred.
• Strong experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate across production, purchasing, engineering, and customer service teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master production schedules based on customer demand and historical trends.
• Coordinate workforce planning to support production requirements.
• Partner with purchasing to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained.
• Communicate delivery schedules, priorities, and schedule changes with customer service teams.
• Ensure accurate ERP/MRP transactions and system integrity.
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inventory control processes.
• Collaborate with engineering on the creation and maintenance of production bills of materials (BOMs).
• Monitor products throughout the manufacturing lifecycle to ensure on-time completion.
• Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support additional operational planning activities as needed.
