Job summary

Slate Auto in the USA seeks a proactive Production Scheduler to orchestrate the flow of a high-volume automotive assembly. You will develop and maintain rolling production schedules, bridging Production Control, Manufacturing, and Service to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a related field and 3–6 years in production scheduling, with strong ERP/MES experience (SAP, Oracle/NetSuite, Plex, Fuuz) and expert Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• 3–6 years of production scheduling or master planning experience in high-volume automotive environments.
• Strong proficiency in ERP/MES systems and advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables, data visualization).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a rolling production schedule to meet OEM and service demands.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings, coordinating with Production Control, Manufacturing and Service.
• Monitor progress in real-time and adjust plans for downtime, quality holds, or material shortages.
