Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a Master Scheduler for an EMS electronics manufacturer in the Windber, PA area. The role owns the Master Production Schedule, balancing customer demand with capacity to maximize on‑time delivery.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Production, and QC to convert forecasts into executable plans and ensure ERP/MRP data integrity. A strong Excel and ERP background plus CPIM/CSCP is preferred. This is a full‑time, exempt position with a 9/80 schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• 4–6+ years in production scheduling or master scheduling in a manufacturing environment (EMS/PCBA preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule for high‑mix electronic assemblies.
• Analyze capacity against demand to identify bottlenecks and balance workflow.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain to align materials with the schedule.
