Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in New Stanton, PA is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) aligning with business goals and customer demands. This on-site role reports to the Manager of I&C and Electrical Products.

You will coordinate with multiple departments, optimize resource usage, and provide regular production status reports. The position supports long-term planning and on-site operations five days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a master scheduler in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule to balance capacity and demand.
• Collaborate with departments to align with strategic objectives.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and inform long-term planning.
• Monitor and adjust the master schedule for changes in demand, capacity, and inventory.
• Prepare reports on production status, schedule adherence, and metrics.
• Coordinate tasks and deadlines; escalate issues as needed.
• Promote teamwork and disseminate scheduling metrics to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for value-added improvements.
• Integrate project objectives with other groups when needed.
