EMD Electronics invites an experienced Master Scheduler to join our Martins SC manufacturing team. You will develop and maintain the master schedule, aligning demand with material availability and capacity to drive on‑time delivery.

You will partner with production, procurement, quality, and service teams to optimize resources, monitor KPIs, and implement scheduling improvements in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in production planning or master scheduling in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with 3+ years in planning roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule for assigned products and areas.
• Translate forecasts and priorities into executable production plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet delivery targets.
• Monitor schedule adherence, inventory levels and capacity constraints.
• Maintain planning data including lead times, lot sizes, and routings.
• Utilize SAP planning and execution information to update schedules.
• Participate in demand and supply planning reviews and analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and data quality.
• Coordinate daily schedule updates and respond to disruptions.
