Job summary

Teledyne Micropac is seeking a Master Scheduler who will own the master production schedule (MPS) and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Materials to meet demand and capacity. The role requires 3–7 years in production planning within a regulated manufacturing environment and strong ERP/MRP experience.

Responsibilities include prioritizing orders, monitoring weekly outputs, and ensuring on-time delivery while balancing inventory, capacity, and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Administration).
• 3–7 years of progressive experience in production planning or master scheduling in a regulated manufacturing setting.
• Strong commercial awareness with understanding of scheduling impacts on revenue and costs.
• Experience with ERP/MRP logic and systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor).
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, PowerPivot, XLOOKUP, forecasting).
• CPIM certification; Lean/Six Sigma credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) aligned with demand and capacity.
• Provide weekly production outputs and track progress against the plan.
• Coordinate with Materials Manager and Production Planners for clear to build and shortages.
• Monitor ERP/MRP logic, identify bottlenecks, and drive scheduling improvements.
• Prioritize orders based on revenue impact and customer commitments.
• Ensure dates and schedules align with capacity, inventory, and financial targets.
