Job summary

Piston Automotive in Marion, OH is seeking a Master Scheduler to ensure uninterrupted material supply and on-time delivery. You will coordinate schedules with suppliers and production, monitor material availability, and assist the Materials Manager in supervising the materials team.

Responsibilities include PFEP coordination, expediting material as needed, maintaining 5S standards, and generating performance data to support company goals. Onsite work with regular weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as Master Scheduler or similar role.
• Experience with Plan for Every Part (PFEP).
• Experience applying 5S principles in manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned areas, required material and suppliers, including issue resolution.
• Coordinate schedules with suppliers and production to meet customer expectations and minimize obsolescence.
• Analyze MRP/ RPS and issue 862/830 to ensure uninterrupted material supply.
• Coordinate expediting of material from suppliers to support the production schedule.
• Lead PFEP initiatives and maintain performance data and metrics.
