Job summary

Piston Automotive, part of the Piston Group, seeks a Master Scheduler to ensure a continuous supply of materials for production and on-time customer delivery. You will coordinate with production, suppliers, and logistics, review material availability, and support the Materials Manager in supervising the team.

Responsibilities include PFEP implementation, cycle counts, and maintaining 5S in storage areas while driving performance metrics and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience as Master Scheduler or related role.
• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience with PFEP and 5S practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Experience with TRANS4M software highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage materials and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply and solve issues.
• Coordinate changes and build schedules with suppliers and production.
• Analyze MRP/RPS and issue orders to maintain material availability.
• Expedite material flow to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Contribute to PFEP initiatives and prepare performance data and metrics.
• Schedule transportation and maintain inventory accuracy; lead the materials team.
• Maintain 5S and proper signage for storage locations.
